TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Use and access to the interKnit cafe website is subject to our Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to ordering. By using or accessing any part of the Website, it is deemed that you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions.

ORDERING AND SHIPPING INFO
At the interKnit cafe the customer comes first, so we have tried to keep ordering as simple as possible. If you encounter any problems please let us know.
Ways to order:
Via the web site:
www.interknitcafe.co.uk using a debit/credit card which is then processed through our secure payment gateway so you can be assured your payments and personal details are kept safe. All prices quoted are in £ sterling.
Payments can be made using Visa Credit/Visa Debit/Mastercard Credit/Mastercard Debit/Visa Electron/Maestro/JCB cards via Worldpay. Alternatively you can order using your PayPal account. Please note you do not need a PayPal account to pay by debit or credit card.

Debit/credit card details can be taken over the phone.
If you choose to pay online, payment will be taken when your order is dispatched, unless you pay via PayPal, in which case payment will be taken at the checkout once you complete the order online.
Online and web site orders will be confirmed by email on receipt of payment and you will be informed of a dispatch date.
We aim to process all orders on the day of receipt and dispatch within 1 working day.
Although we carry extensive stocks we cannot guarantee all items will be available from stock when the order is placed. If this is the case you will be notified of any delays that may occur with your order. You can then choose to either cancel the whole or part of the order and place any out of stock items on back order.
We will endeavour to obtain any out of stock items within 10 days. We will keep you updated on the status of your back orders. There are no extra shipping charges for back orders.
Shipping & Handling Charges:
UK/N.I. orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Registered/recorded delivery can be arranged at extra cost. Please contact us if this option is required.
We are currently unable to ship outside the UK
Please ensure that all shipping details are correct as we cannot be liable for non-delivery due to incorrect delivery details.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of ordering/receipt.
Notice of cancellation of an order must be notified by phone or email, a returns number will then be issued.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused and in a saleable condition.
Single patterns, magazines and books are non returnable.
Please enclose a copy of the original invoice.
Shipping for returned goods will be paid by the customer.
Shipping for original order will not be refunded (unless goods are faulty).
Upon receipt of goods we will issue a refund within 30 days and notify you accordingly.
In the unlikely event you are not happy with your order it can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Goods received later than 7 days may be liable to a 5% restocking charge. This excludes single pattern leaflets, magazines and books.
If any of the goods you receive have been damaged in transit please notify us by email or phone immediately detailing damage incurred. We will resend the goods at no extra cost if this is required.
Faulty goods will need to be returned within 7 days of receipt so we can return them to our supplier.
Upon receipt and assessment of any damage we will notify you and refund any monies within 30 days, including any shipping charges incurred if a replacement is not required.
Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for the purchase of the goods.
If you need to exchange any item of your order you must notify us detailing the reason for exchange within 7 days of receipt.
Goods must be returned to us unused and in a saleable condition within 7 days by post or in store.
Any exchange goods that are out of stock or discontinued lines will be liable to a 5% restocking charge.
Alternative goods or an exchange note will be sent.
The customer will be liable for return shipping charges.
Shipping for any exchanges will be charged at standard Royal Mail postal charges.
It is advisable to return goods recorded delivery as a proof of posting certificate is not proof of delivery.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without prior notice.
Whilst we have tried to reproduce all text and images as accurately as possible no responsibility can be taken for any distortion that may occur.
VAT is included in our prices at the current standard rate of 20%.
Returns of 'sale' or 'special offer' goods are excluded from our standard Terms & Conditions.
'Sale' or 'special offer' goods are non-returnable unless an error has been made by the interKnit cafe in processing order details or the goods are faulty.
